For managers and executives managing administrative requests in Airtable, this template reviews a table page for similar submissions and missing details, recommends priorities and owners, and presents complete per-record notes for approval. Once approved, it sends each note and its Airtable record ID to your configured Airtable update automation; nothing is sent before sign-off.
How it works
Enter an Airtable base and table, a read token, an owner roster, and the URL of an Airtable automation configured to update notes by record ID. The workflow reads up to 25 requests, compares their content, and shows proposed notes and record IDs for approval, explicitly reporting an empty or unreadable queue. After approval, it sends each approved note to your update automation.
